Shipping Rates (FREE!)
Our shipping is FREE throughout the United States, as long as you purchase the minimum number of bottles. If you purchase fewer than the minimum number, or opt for expedited delivery, FedEx and UPS rates will apply and you will be presented the additional cost you buy.
Shipping to Various States
Due to certain laws, we are restricted from shipping wines to some states. The order will only process if your state allows shipping. These laws are subject to change, so please check back with us periodically. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or outside the U.S.
WE CAN NOT SHIP WINE TO THE FOLLOWING STATES:
AL, AR, DE, IA, KY, MA, MD, MS, MT, NH, PA, OK, RI, SD, TX, UT
Estimated Delivery Time
Unless there is a shipping advisory, your order will ship within 2-5 business days. You can have confidence that our shipping containers have all been approved by FedEx, UPS, and ISTA test labs to prevent the breaking or overheating of bottles. Please note: in the event of extreme summer heat, we may choose to delay shipment. Please contact us at info@WineFlash.com if your delivery is time-sensitive.
All packages shipped via FedEx and UPS can be tracked through our site. Tracking numbers will be activated once the driver has scanned the package.
WineFlash.com’s shopping cart automatically adds insurance to each order placed online. This covers you from any package lost or damaged in transit.
- You must be 21+ years of age to purchase
- We require an adult signature upon delivery for all packages shipped by WineFlash.com
- Please do not include specific instructions regarding where to leave package; no deliveries will be dropped off without an adult signature
- There will be no refunds of shipping charges on packages that are returned due to lack of adult signature
- We strongly encourage the use of a business shipping address to ensure timely deliveries
We want you to have the best shopping experience possible at WineFlash.com! Please notify us at info@WineFlash.com immediately* if there is any concern regarding your shipment. (Information needed: order number, name of wine, and quantity of bad bottles). We will either replace the bottles or issue a full refund.
*We must be contacted within 30 days of delivery.
WineFlash.com takes great care to ensure that your wine arrives undamaged. We cannot guarantee the condition of any wine if the package is not received on the first delivery attempt. FedEx or UPS may then have to store the wine in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse.
**Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from WineFlash.com to the purchaser in the State of New Jersey and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping of it from New Jersey to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, WineFlash.com is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from WineFlash.com, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
