What is WineFlash?
WineFlash is an online site that sells one deeply discounted wine at a time! WineFlash developed
as a natural extension from a family owned retail business. The family currently operates seven
large Wine and Spirit stores with two new stores in the works.
How can I become a member?
You can click the Join Us tab on any page to
subscribe to our newsletter. Once you
purchase your first bottle of wine, you are officially a member!
Can you tell me about the FREE Shipping?
Absolutely. We love talking about this! Every order you place will ship for free as long as you
meet the minimum bottle requirement (usually less than four bottles). For more info go to
our “Shipping” page.
What’s up with “Now You See It... Now You Don’t”?
We sell one item at a time until it is gone. After which, we move on to the next wine. However, you
must act quickly because your order is not secure until the transaction is complete. This means
that simply putting a wine in your cart is not enough to guarantee this wine will end up on your
table.
Can I reorder a wine or order a wine that is no longer for sale?
Unfortunately, this is when we must invoke the ‘Now you see it…now you don’t” clause. Each wine
offer is a fantastic opportunity to get hugely discounted wines. If you want it; act fast.
Can I ship to my office?
Yes! We actually prefer that you ship your order to your work address due to timeliness and the
requirement of an adult signature. Please see our Shipping Page for more information.
How long until my wine arrives?
We do our very best to ship within 2-5 business days. If you need your wine faster, we can
accommodate you but there will be additional shipping charges based on your needs. A
notification of shipping, including your tracking number, will be sent by e-mail. In the event of
extreme summer heat, we may choose to delay shipment to protect your wine but you will be
notified.
How will I know if WineFlash is releasing a new wine?
We will send you an e-mail, as well as post it on Twitter and Facebook.
Is there a set schedule for wines being released?
No, it is completely dependent on how quickly the previous wine sells out.
Does that mean I could get bombarded with e-mails?
It means that you could find yourself in the enviable position of receiving incredible offers about
great wines at HUGE savings on a regular basis. We could think of worse fates to suffer!
O.K, but what if I don’t want to receive the e-mails?
Although most of our customers prefer to receive offers via e-mail, we understand that not
everyone wishes to be notified in this manner. If that is your preference, you can simply
unsubscribe and follow us on Facebook and/or Twitter.
What is the maximum number of bottles I can purchase?
That would be 36 bottles.
How do you determine lowest price on the web?
That is done through a website called Wine Searcher. We use the professional version, which
literally tracks the prices of thousands of different wines across the country. We find the lowest
priced store in the United States, and then place a mock order, which calculates their price plus
any shipping charges.
Can I buy a Gift Certificate?
Of course, as long as you are over 21 years of age.
Is my order insured?
WineFlash.com automatically adds insurance to every order. This protects you from any package
lost or damaged in transit.
What about returning a wine because it is bad or spoiled?
We want you to have the best shopping experience possible at WineFlash.com! Please notify us at
info@WineFlash.com immediately if there is any concern regarding your shipment. (Information
needed: order number, name of wine, and quantity of bad bottles.) We will either replace the
bottles or issue a full refund.
